Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All Wicked Warmth items are handmade with love and care. Please allow 3–14 business days for processing before your order ships. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer, depending on design details and current order volume. You’ll receive an email update once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Rates & Processing Details:
All orders are shipped with care via USPS Priority Mail — every package includes tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

Shipping Rates:

  • Small Box: 0–5 lbs

  • Medium Box: 5–15 lbs

  • Large Box: 15–60 lbs

Please note that actual shipping costs are based on package size and weight. We do our best to keep rates fair while ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely.

International Shipping:
Currently, we ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us directly — we may be able to arrange a custom order.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist in filing a claim or work toward a resolution whenever possible.

Order Changes or Address Corrections:
If you need to correct your shipping address or make changes to your order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, processing may have begun, and changes may not be possible.

Important Notes:

  • We do not ship large items (like blankets or bulk orders) to P.O. Boxes.

  • Wicked Warmth is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.

  • All items are shipped from Salisbury, North Carolina.
